With a premium membership, you have access to exclusive Lifestyle benefits, which offer luxury residents, airport lounges, and transfers across the globe. Simply search for availability when you book. On top of that, an additional perk is having access to over 400,000 private homes for rent. Another benefit to having a premium membership is Discount Weeks privileges, which provide you with heavily discounted luxury condos. Last but not least, you enjoy more reward credit opportunities at the premium level plus a Bonus Vacation to boot!
Your Reward Credits work as are your unique Travuto currency. You earn it through the reservations you make and you spend it on the same. Think of your rewards credit as a cashless payment method for any reservations you make as a member. When you go to book any reservation in your Members Area, you have the option to choose whether to pay using money or reward credits. Whichever method you choose, you will receive a confirmation email showing you a summary of the amount of money or credits paid.
No, there are no blackout dates. Availability for any type of booking will depend on the dates you select but with access to over one million hotel inventory, your travel needs are covered.
Membership ranges from $7.95 to $199 depending on the level you select. You start at a Basic level and can upgrade to a Premium-level membership. Depending on what suits you best, you can also either be billed either monthly or annually. If you need help checking what membership level you have, just log in to your account and navigate to your Members Area.
Your membership will automatically renew unless canceled prior to your next renewal date whether that’s monthly or annually. To upgrade your membership, log in to your account and navigate to the menu bar and click on Upgrade Membership. Follow the instructions to proceed with your upgrade.
To cancel your membership, log in to your account and navigate to your My Account page. Scroll down to the bottom under Account Subscription & Billing. From there, click on the Cancel My Subscription link.
To update your payment information, log in to your account and navigate to your My Account page. Scroll down to the bottom under Subscription Payment information. From there, fill out your new card information and click on Submit New Card.
Your membership fee is charged in USD while your reservations are paid in the currency you specify in your Members Area. Navigate to the menu bar to check what currency is selected and change as needed. I need help booking or with an upcoming or current reservation. How do I get assistance? For assistance with an upcoming or current reservation, navigate to your My Account page in your Members Area. You’ll find a link to contact our Reservations team. Depending on your preferred communication method, you can either call or chat with our friendly reservations team for assistance.

We offer a 7-day refund policy where will offer 100% of your money back if requested within this time from the day of joining. To request a refund and cancel your membership, please contact us at [email protected] and our team will be sure to assist you as soon as possible.

Each booking and reservation has its own refund policy. To see the details of the cancellation and refund policy you can log in to your user and go to the “Bookings” tab where you can then “View Voucher” which will show you all the details of your booking and the procedures to take if you would like to either contact the hotel directly or if you would like to contact us for any amendments to the booking.

The way our Price Guarantee works is that if you find a lower price anywhere online, whether that’s a hotel or flight, we will refund you 110% of the difference.
